  2. Oh yes, one more thing. The coolest Foodie site for us gastronomes is fxcuisine.com. Francois is a great chef and photographer. Combines good likeable dialogue and promotes slow food quite seemlessly. Some of the recipes are a little too involved for myself, but not all. Enjoy your visit!
