I believe we responded to all the issues raised by the courageous anonymous author of that site all the way back in Feb of 2007 and we have rev’d the product numerous times since, and continue to do so, in response to user feedback.
Peter, here’s a serious question for you and your readers: Why do you think it is so hard to challenge the status quo without rubbing some people the wrong way?
