UX services for startups

Since it turns out, for some strange reason that I can’t really fathom, that I’ve been doing information architecture almost exclusively for startups since I started consulting independently a few years ago, I was wondering: perhaps I should start some specific UX services aimed at startups. We’re in the middle of a startup bonanza, after all.

So, dear reader, any ideas for UX services that startups might like?
