  1. It _is_ bad done, but not lying. US Airways has more flights than Delta. So while the absolute number of flights is higher, the percentage value is the same. That means that the sentence “US Airways Shuttle has more on-time arrivals than anyone” is correct for the absolute number of arrivals, even if the percentage is the same.

    Or did I get you totally wrong?

  2. The information and display are all correct, just purposely misleading. What the graph is showing you is not what matters, only the percentage numbers are. The ironic thing is what they are touting is the fact that they have more on-time arrivals than anyone else, yet since they have the same 91% as the next company, it also means they have more late flights as well.
